Welcome to Scout Elite — the sports video analysis platform built for coaches, parents, and players. This guide walks you through your first steps so you can start getting value from the platform right away.
Creating Your Account
- Visit Scout Elite and click Register
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your account
- Log in and you’ll land on the Dashboard
Tip: You can also use a magic link to log in — just enter your email on the login page and we’ll send you a one-click sign-in link.
Understanding the Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home base. When you first log in, you’ll see quick-start cards that guide you through the main workflows:
- Upload a video — get your game footage into the platform
- Create a Clip Project — start building clips from your video
- Create a Review — organize clips for team review sessions
If you’ve been invited to any teams, pending invitations will also appear here so you can accept or decline them.
Navigating the App
The sidebar on the left provides access to every area of Scout Elite:
- Video Library — upload, organize, and manage your video files
- Clip Creator — browse and manage your Clip Projects
- Clip Search — search across all your clips
- Reviews — create and manage team Reviews
- Scout Elite Live — view game reports from the mobile companion app
- Analysis Hub — visualize game event statistics
- Account — manage your profile, subscription, tag libraries, and teams
Your Subscription
Scout Elite has three tiers:
