Managing Your Subscription

Your subscription controls which features you can access in Scout Elite. You can manage everything from your Account settings.

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Go to Account in the sidebar
  2. Scroll to the Subscription section
  3. You’ll see your current plan, status, and billing period

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade from Starter to Solo or Pro, or from Solo to Pro:

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. If you’re eligible for a 14-day free trial, it will be offered automatically
  5. Complete checkout via Stripe

Your new plan features become available immediately.

Tip: You get a separate 14-day free trial for each tier you haven’t tried before. If you’ve been on Solo and want to try Pro, you’ll get a fresh Pro trial.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade from Pro to Solo:

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower tier
  4. Your downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that:

  • You revert to the Starter (free) tier
  • Your data is preserved — all videos, clips, reviews, and tags remain in your account
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to paid features

Promo Codes

If you have a promo code:

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Enter the promo code in the redemption field
  3. Click Redeem

Valid promo codes grant immediate access to the corresponding tier without payment.

Payment & Billing

Scout Elite uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data securely.

  • Billing is monthly
  • You’ll receive email receipts for each payment
  • Failed payments will show a notification in the app
