Viewing Game Reports & Analytics

After a game has been tracked with Scout Elite Live, Scout Elite gives you rich reports and analytics to understand what happened and why.

Accessing Game Reports

  1. Navigate to Scout Elite Live in the sidebar
  2. Click on a published game
  3. You’ll see three tabs: Report, Analytics, and Log

Report Tab

The Report tab gives you a quick summary of the game:

  • Team Statistics — a side-by-side comparison of key stats (shots, goals, penalties, faceoffs, etc.)
  • Scoring Log — chronological list of goals with details
  • Player Statistics — individual stat breakdowns for each player tracked

This is the best view for a quick post-game debrief or sharing with parents who want to know what happened.

Analytics Tab

The Analytics tab provides interactive line charts showing how events unfolded over the course of the game.

  • Time-series charts — see event frequency or cumulative counts plotted against game time
  • Filter by event type — select which events to display (shots, turnovers, zone entries, etc.)
  • Filter by team — compare your team’s activity against the opponent
  • Identify patterns — spot momentum swings, pressure periods, and turning points

Tip: Look for stretches where your team had a high volume of shots but no goals — these can reveal finishing problems or identify dominant periods worth reviewing on video.

Log Tab

The Log tab shows every event recorded during the game in a filterable table:

  • Filter by event type, team, or player
  • Edit events inline — fix timestamps, correct player assignments, or add notes
  • Use as a reference when creating clips — knowing the exact game time of key events speeds up your clipping workflow

Analysis Hub

For deeper statistical analysis across multiple games, check out the Analysis Hub in the sidebar. It provides time-series charts and trend analysis using data from all your published games.
