Scout Elite’s AI Report feature provides an interactive, conversational builder to help you quickly assemble structured reports. Using chat, you guide the AI through creating custom documents tailored precisely to your needs.
Note: Generating AI Reports requires the Solo or Pro tier.
Report Types
You can generate two main types of reports:
- Game Report: Post-game analysis breaking down what went well, what needs improvement, and key takeaways from your latest matchup.
- Player Report (Development Plan): Targeted plans outlining what a specific player can do on their own outside of practice (e.g., stick handling, shooting drills, YouTube study).
Creating a Report
- Click on Reports in the sidebar.
- Click + New Report. A new report is generated immediately.
- You will be taken to a split-screen view: an AI chat window on the left, and a live document preview on the right.
- Click the pencil icon next to the draft title to rename the report to something meaningful (e.g., “U14 Prep: Passing Focus”).
Interacting with the AI Builder
The builder starts by asking what type of report you want to create. Once you provide the context:
- Describe your intent (e.g., “I need a 60-minute practice plan focusing on defensive zone breakouts for a U12 team.”).
- The AI will generate a structured response, dropping the organized content right into your live document preview.
- Iterative refinement: Read the built report and ask for changes (“Make the warmup shorter and add a 2v1 drill”). The AI updates the document in real time.
Saving, Viewing, and Sharing
- Split vs. Read-Only View: Once you are satisfied with a report, your changes are saved. Shared users access the report in a clean, centered document view.
- Sharing (Pro tier only): Like clip projects and playbooks, you can use the Share button to distribute the final report directly to coaches, parents, players, or full teams.
